ESL free talk lessons are for non-native English speakers who want to improve from an elementary level to an intermediate or an advanced level.
I recommend you start a beginner-level English class If you don’t know even 5-10 English words and come back later.

Learn English just like a child

Children are the best learners in the world.
Children learn to speak a language without textbooks, vocabulary lists, or grammar rules.
Yet, they learn to speak English or any language with a perfect accent and excellent grammar.
ESL free talk applies the same natural learning method used by children.
You will learn English through “conversations” by using the language naturally.

No Manuals – No Memorization

Learning to speak English is not like learning any complicated subjects.
Textbook-based learning is not enough to make you a fluent English speaker.
This method is 100% Conversational.
You will remember longer because you learn through practice and not memorization.
You will practice with me at least 1-2 times a week.
You will improve the same way you would if you moved to any English-speaking Country.
All our lessons are one on one (audio or video) live via Skype, Line, Zoom, or any social platform of your choice.

# 1: Actual Conversations

Initially, I will ask what lesson or topics you prefer to study. It’s essential for me to assess your level first.
Examples of conversation topics – include technology, sports, career, culture, travel, health, cooking, politics, literature, the entertainment industry, business, global warming, etc., and the list goes on.
Maybe you want to focus on GRAMMAR, OPIC/TOEFL/IELTS speaking topics
or some job-related topics, I will try my best to help you.

#2: The Student is encouraged to Speak 70-80% of the time

If you don’t speak and only listen to your teacher, you will not improve your speaking skills; you must participate actively in the class.
I encourage my students to be confident in speaking; it’s okay to make mistakes.
I will ask more questions and lead the conversation in a way that the student can speak 70-80% of the time.
Feel free to clarify anything you do not understand about the lesson/topic being discussed.

#3: Less Interruption – Helpful Corrections

As your teacher, I will not interrupt you for each mistake; constant corrections will not help you learn English.
It is impossible for you to learn from every correction, and you might lose confidence.
So instead, I will wait until after we finish one topic or conversation and point out the areas you should improve on
(i.e., sounds you have trouble pronouncing, grammar mistakes, better vocabulary).
This approach will maximize the time you practice speaking and give you more chances to ask questions.

CLASSROOM GUIDELINES :

Practice your conversation and pronunciation skills.
We can ask each other questions and I can correct and guide you as you speak.
We can talk about any subjects or topics of your choice.
My timezone is PHT (UTC +8) Philippine time.
Time slots available Monday to Friday, Philippine time (depending on student bookings):
We can also make some arrangements if necessary.
Send me an email via the contact box on the menu, indicate the time and date you would like to have a lesson so we can set a schedule.
Since all classes are private 1 on 1, you can pick your own schedule.

Mondays to Fridays just refer to the booking page for the available time or you can send me a message.
Weekends can be arranged as per request.
It is a first come first serve basis, so I recommend you submit your preferred schedule earlier.
Changes will be posted in advance in case of holidays and emergencies.
If you need to cancel a lesson please inform me at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
I recommend having at least 1-2 classes per week to maximize results.
Class duration is 25 minutes for trial class and 50 minutes for the regular class.
You have the option to choose more than one session if you want to.

First, select a package from the options posted on packages page.
Once the purchase is complete, you will be redirected to a confirmation page.
If you did not receive any confirmation email me directly through CONTACT page.
You will be asked to email information about your name, start date and preferred time, Skype ID or any suggested platform (line/zoom/Wechat etc.).
I will send you an email of your plotted date/time and will remind you of your classes for each week.
All classes will be conducted through preferred suggested platforms.
